What people ask before paying.

What counts as one question?
One message you send. A follow-up searches the books again, so it counts as its own question. Nothing else spends your quota: rereading old chats, opening a figure or a table, and exporting your notes are all free.
Does a cheaper plan get worse answers?
No. Same three books, same paragraph-level citations, same three answer styles, same figures and tables. The only thing a higher plan buys is more questions.
Are the figures the real ones from the book?
Yes. Figures and tables are the publisher's own, served with their printed captions and the printed attribution kept intact. Nothing is redrawn, and nothing is regenerated from a description.
Why can I not download a figure?
Because the plates belong to their publishers, not to us. You can read them in place; each one carries a watermark tied to your account, and printing substitutes a notice. It is a deterrent rather than a lock, and we would rather say so than overclaim.
What happens when I run out?
The daily cap resets at midnight UTC and the monthly pool on the 1st. You can move up a plan at any time: upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the prorated difference, downgrades take effect at your renewal.
